Our 3-Phase Internship Methodology
Phase 1: Discovery
Students are introduced to different engineering disciplines, basic coding/design principles, and industry tools through workshops and short, exploratory projects. No prior experience expected!
Phase 2: Application
Students work in teams on guided projects, focusing on practical problem-solving, Git, Agile methodologies, and creating a portfolio-ready project.
Phase 3: Mastery
Participants join advanced tracks (AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Renewables) and tackle complex problems with industry mentors to become truly job-ready.
